Vibrator feeder can feed the massive and granular materials to the feeding device evenly,timely and continuously from storage bin, the sand production line may feed for broken stone machinery continuously and evenly, and screen material roughly, widely used in metallurgy, coal, mineral processing, building materials, chemicals, abrasives and other industries crushing and screening equipment.

Use & Maintenance:

1. If used for charging mixture and quantitative feeding, in order to ensure stable and even feeding, to prevent the material flow automatically should be installed horizontally, such as general material continuous feeding, can be installed at 10 tilt, for viscous materials and moisture content material can be installed at 15 tilt.

2. After installing a gap of 20mm should be left, transverse shall be horizontal, suspension with flexible connections.

3. Before idling test, all bolts should be tightened again, especially vibration motor anchor bolt operated for 3-5 hours continuously, should be re-tightened once again.

4. When testing, two vibration motor must direction rotation.

5. During feeding operation should always check the stability of amplitude, current and noise, abnormal should be promptly stop if found abnormity.

6. The motor bearing need to fill lubricants every two months, high temperature season should be filled one month.
